CONTRACT: Once you have booked on to one of our courses, you have entered a Business to Business contract. We are a professional Beauty Supplier, here to serve the educational needs of our customers. We do not sell our products to the consumer.

REFUNDS IN RESPECT OF SERVICES (COURSES): Courses for which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation may not be cancelled without you forfeiting the deposit you will have already paid. The booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (except with our express written consent). Additionally, we also reserve the right to charge you for the balance of the course fees if we cannot fill your place with another student unless you have given us a minimum of 7 days’ notice of your cancellation prior to the first day of the course. Please note that your Kit is your acting deposit, which will get dispached direct to your Education Emissary.

COURSE CANCELATIONS: As long as class sizes have been met (Classes of 6 require at least 4 bookings) we will endaveour to not cancel any of our courses. However, some times this cannot be helped, ie due to staff illness. All students will be informed at the earliest opportunity, by a manager via both email and contact via telephone (text) to give students as much notice as possible. We cannot be held responsible for loss of earnings within the workplace when such rare occasions take place.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT: During your course day for marketing purposes, we will be taking images of you and your class delegates to upload onto our Social Media channels. Once your training is complete we will be taking your before and after images posted on your own beauty pages and re-posting them to our accounts, giving you full credit.

COMPONENTS OF KITS: Education kits are subject to change. Kits will ALWAYS come with added value and at an exclusive price to our students. Merchandise and salon marketing material sent to us by our supplier is only offered as ‘extra’s’ if they are in stock. They are not an open stock item.

CERTFICATION ON COURSES: Certificates can take anything up to 4 weeks to be sent. It is usually a lot sooner than this, and often only reaches this time frame when going through busy periods. Occasionally, certificates may be dispatched along with your kits but this is very much down to parcel size, location, and time of booking. All learners are issued their certificates at the end of the day, other than for our Lashnv Lash extension and Lipnv course. They will be dispatched by Royal Mail post. Please allow up to 4 weeks from official confirmation of a course pass. You have 4 weeks to inform the customer care if your certificate has not reached you, after this time frame, a certification replacement/admin fee will be required, of £10.00 VAT.

OWNERSHIP: Legal ownership of goods, supplied by The Creative Beauty Group does not pass to the purchaser until full payment of all outstanding monies in respect of such goods is paid.

COURSE FEES: Course costings can fluctuate, depending on the academic calendar, and around peak seasons such as trade show and events, and the sales platform it is advertised on. The general trend is for courses to get more expensive as time goes by and more seats are sold, if that particular area is in demand. From time to time, we will also make adjustments and release more seats at the lower price if we need to sell more seats for the course to go ahead. This is why course costs sometimes move down, as well as up, even without an explicit cost decrease by The Creative Beauty Group.
